Science Matters: The Water Cycle (PB)

Water covers more than 70 percent of Earth's surface. It is found in oceans, rivers, ponds, and puddles. Water is also found in air. Every day, water disappears into the sky. It also returns to the ground. This process is called the water cycle. Sunshine, air, water, and the force of gravity work together as part of the water cycle.
