Sport and My Body: Dancing

The Sport and My Body series is a first physical education series which looks at areas of sports and activities that young children often enjoy. Each title explores how our bodies react to different forms of exercise, as well as the social and safety aspects of getting involved in sport. The series also explains the importance of drinking water and eating healthy food to keep our bodies fit and strong.
